Session Rates & Payment

For information on rates and to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation, please contact Alba directly. Sessions can be paid individually or through pre-paid packages.

Payment Methods:

Cash and credit card accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Superbill

A Superbill (detailed receipt) is provided upon request so you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Victims' Compensation:

Alba accepts and bills Victims' Compensation claims in the state of Delaware.

Not reimbursable:

Alternative therapies, immigration evaluations, Akashic Records, Reiki, Energy Healing, and regression work are not covered by insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

24-hour notice required. A fee may apply for late cancellations that cannot be rescheduled.

Why Private Pay?

Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions covered, restrict which modalities are "approved," and require diagnoses that can follow you long-term. This limits the depth and freedom of true holistic healing.

No limits on number of sessions
Freedom to use holistic and alternative modalities
No mandatory diagnostic labels
Therapy designed by you and Alba — not an insurance company
Full confidentiality without insurer oversight

You may still receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits by submitting the provided Superbill. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
